No it does not. It says employers are not required to apply for a LMIA if the worker already has LMIA\LMO which makes sense. Where they are talking about 600 points and valid job offer they come up with LMIA requirement even in EE questionnaire. I don't wanna scare you or give you a false alert but I would send an email and ask then I have some official response that can be used later.forever21 said:

However, for NOC 0 or A jobs WITH LMIA/LMO, majority of them are far more qualified, experienced and skilled in very specialized areas (whose equivalent is not available in Canada) which a fresh recent graduate can't possibly have.amro375 said:Sad reality man.

One said it is not and you have to have LMIA, unless on your LMO it says that is for permanent job.
