Based on CRS Calculator Tools, the following is my analysis:

With scores that low, most people would get in and there would be little point to Express Entry. They could have kept it like the old system.

Personally, I'd like to see minimum language scores and income requirements go up. This is supposed to be about inviting the best and the brightest, and there is little point in taking the relatively small available jobs and increasing competition while driving down wages.

When immigrants come, there should be a job for them - if they are essential, they should be able to get a LMIA.

How do they calculate the age,the day when EE profile was created or when they issue an ITA?

they accredited my masters as a masters. no offence but if your masters is not considered equal to a Canadian one, its not because CIC is randomly deciding this, its because the education systems and requirements and standards are different. the ones in your country/university just aren't equal to Canada's.
