hi, i hav send my PR application frm india thru registered post to sydney ,Canada...but hav not recieved ny response frm them...i m not sure my application has reached there or no...can u tell me is there's ny way to find out bout that, ny email id or phone no. on which i can contact them...

how did you send your application? If it was courier or speedpost check with them when it was delievered. Simple..
Neither have you given any details when you sent the application. Nobody will tell you over the phole or email.

68 days now since my application reached NS, Canada and still no AOR. Any one more thaan 60 days here?.. please respond. thanks

hi jbiyer,
did u try to check ur email?try, inbox, bulk, spam. a piece of advice to evryone....
try to erase or better yet if possible empty your inbox.sometimes mails are not posted because of full inbox.advice your friends also who are yet to apply to make a new email add solely for immigration purposes.

Hi Char_Bonel,

Since my email belongs to gmail, i have even set a specific filter for the mail from the specific CIC email address to be directed to a specific folder and also have set a direction for it not to be sent to spam folder and also I have set a trigger for that mail to reach (fwd) my wife's email too.

And above all I am carefully seeing each and every mail before deleting it.

Hence I think there is no chance that I can ever miss this email from CIC.

Thanks for your reply. I think the time is still not ripe for me to get the AOR. Dont know what else to do but to wait..

averge times for aor as per other forum is 55-75 days.ur right, maybe u just need to wait for a couple of more days.before, they would encashed draft a month after recving documents but for now, its just a few days before they grant u aor.just try to check ur draft from time to time.having it encashed is a good indication that theyll send u aor soon.

jbiyer1982: My application reached to sydney on 29July 09 and since i have heared nothing.

I have applied from UK under noc 0213, at the moment I'm in pakistan on holidays and due to some conufsion my bank has suspended my telephone banking so I'm not even able to track the BankDraft status.

still awaiting for an email.

Thanks for the much needed information. Please do keep us all updated on your status from time to time.

Since my DD was encahsed, I am sure yours must also have been encashed long time back.

Lets keep in touch through this forum. Your post brings a sense of relief that I am not alone.

However, I wish we both get the AOR really soon. Lets be very optimistic in our approach by sharing as much information as possible for one another's good.
