Hi. I submitted application in Sep and it reached Cic, Sydney on 26th Sep. 2013. I applied for 2 adults and one child.

You just need to go to your childs school and tell them you need School records for citizenship. They will give you a letter stating that the child had been attending school since xx and would confirm the parents name according to their records.
