In the mail I received indicates: "payable to the Canadian Consulate General"

while in the Detroit office webpage indicates: "payable to the Receiver General for Canada"

Who did you paid to?

Thanks

Hi,

I paid through draft from TD bank and payable to "Canadian Consulate General"

either way should be good to go and as I have used Canadian Consulate General and no issues with my case so I will suggest you proceed as mentioned in mail which is same in my mail for passport request.

thanks

Anybody else?

Please, How do I fill out the check?
I got the draft payable to "Canadian Consulate General". Got the Visa/COPR issued, so I'd guess that's good like ONAP mentioned.
