In my opinion, It is worth it when your case is rrrrrrreeeeeeally complicated, otherwise just read the instructions and do it on your own. because: Instructions are very simple and clear. There is no guarantee. You still have to get all the docs. Chances to get it are the same.

You need a letter for every employer that will help you prove you have the 3 year necessary experience, and every letter has to meet the requirements, including a description of the job.

You don't need to wait, just send it to Ottawa with AOR, file number, name and date of birth. Good luck
