Good morning all,
Can someone please tell me if I can leave the sections that don't apply to me blank or should I write "not applicable" (just to make sure that no section on the application form is left unfilled).
Kindly advise.
Thank you

Are you telling me not to leave any spots blank but do write N/A?
On the website it does not say anywhere to write N/A however, my suggestion would be to contact Passport Canada to see what they suggest:

http://www.ppt.gc.ca/service/contact.aspx

I applied for my son's passport and I checked the form and found that there was everything which was applicable for us thus I did not put any N/A.

I left them blank. But you can write N/A, too. :)
