NBPNP is open if you qualify their criteria. See below:

OOPNP if you have a EE score of 400 and above and bachelor's degree and your EE profile should be created after June 1st. You should get Provincial/Territorial Interest from them in your EE profile before you can apply.

SINP is also open if your occupation is in the demand list.

Nova scotia is also open but given the minimum number of intake and already many candidates have applied. There is really minimal chance you will be called for if you apply now.
