Hello everyone,

I am wondering which Canadian State still needs and selects foreign physicians for PNP?

Any help from experienced fellas would be highly appreciated.

BC has a stream for Physicians with job offers.

I think it's the only province that has doctor on its in-demand list.
But plenty of provinces' PNP are not dependent on your NOC.

study courses BEFORE applying for PR through EE? or study coursees after getting PR?

Sorry, could you please elaborate a little on that?
If I get into a public health school, the diploma itself costs 30-40 thousand canadian dollars.
And what visa would they give for such purpose?
