which office processes an online visa application

I hv applied online. Now, I want to know which office will process my trv application?
1 . Country of citizenship
2. Country of residence
3. Country which I'm currently in for a visit.also, its the same country I applied trv from

No - not every country has a CIC visa office

I believe initial approval is done in Ottawa and forwarded to the CHC responsible for the option selected in section 9 of IMM5257( country where applying)
