Which of these categories does SOMEONE's job fall under?

I am a student as of now and I encountered this question. I am working in TEER 1 JOB part time (20h as allowed on study permit) for 2 yrs and 5 months. In the aforementioned question, I get three options 1) No work permit required 2) Work permit but no LMIA, 3) workpermit and LMIA. Which one I should select?
