Hi. I am currently on my last year of my diploma program here in Alberta. I went to BC last month and fell in love with the place. Seriously considering of moving there. Which has a better PNP program, AB or BC?

Bc better than ab
they hv EE PNP which is faster
The main concern is to get job where ur employer gonna be ready to support u.

How does the EE PNP work?
Its like Express entry u need to make profile first after that u will get invitation
U need required point to get invitation after that waiting is not much its under 4-5 mnths i guess

Do I need work experience for that?

What if I use just the regular PNP stream for international graduates, I don't need experience for that, right?

you don't need work experience for regular PNP . If you get nominated by province you can apply directly for PR but CIC processing time takes 16 months for paper-based application

you are Alberta student so you can apply under Post-Graduate Worker Category ( doesn't need employer support )

international graduates stream is Employer-Driven Stream , you can't change your employer until you get PR

What if I want to move to BC after graduation and find a job there. Where do you think it is better for PR applications, AB or BC?

BC if you are going to apply through Express Entry PNP and your employer can hire/sponsor you through PNP

Just curious what is your educational background? You seem certain an employer will want to sponsor you right out of school.

Social Work. I just want to know what my options are.... NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE. Lol

I am AINP nominee (applied under SRS - PGW bc I am Alberta student) so I didn't need employer sponsorship at all and applied for PR through paper- based

if you go to BC you need to work for one year at least to able to apply through Express Entry + IELTS test

good luck :)
