Which Airports do COVID PCR Test for Transit Passengers?

Hello,

Can anyone please provide the list of Airports that do COVID RT-PCR Test for Transit Passengers inside the Airport?

I will be flying from India to Canada (Toronto) and looking for flight options. Direct flights to Toronto are too expensive right now.

I know that if flying via indirect flight to Canada from India, as per Canada government rule, will need to do PCR test in third country again.

Any help will be much appreciated.
