Where to send the common-law application from when applying "outside of Canada"

Hello,

I will be applying with my common-law partner for sponsorship very soon. He is Canadian, I am Polish and I will be in Poland while the application will be processed. We decided to let it process in Mississauga and then in Poland, so we decided for the "outside of Canada" process.

I have a question, in this case should the paperwork be sent from Poland or from Canada? Is it essential where we send it from?
