Where to send the Citizenship application papers?

Hello experts,

I'm going send my Citizenship application papers tomorrow. In CIC web site I see two addresses:

Mail address
CPC-Sydney
P.O Box 12,000
Sydney, NS
B1P 7C2

Grants
CPC-Sydney
P.O. Box 7000
Sydney, NS
B1P 6V6

Not sure, which is more appropriate.

Can anyone confirm?

1. By regular non-registered mail by canadapost:

Case Processing Centre – Sydney
Grant Adults
P.O. Box 7000
SYDNEY, NS
B1P 6V6

2. By courier like fedex, purolator, canada post registered/expresspost etc:

Case Processing Centre, Sydney
Grant Adults
49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, Nova Scotia
B1P 5Z2
