WHERE TO SEND PASSPORT IN INDIA IF APPLIED TRV ONLINE PLEASE

HI, I my file for spousal sponsored ship inside Canada is under process and meanwhile I applied for TRV and it was approved but received only permit which is valid till six month and meanwhile my spouse (who applied spousal sponsoredship) and I had to go back to India getting marry, so didnt get time to get my visa and thought I applied from India because I have a valid visitor permit , I did paper application for TRV from India so I can accompany my Husband but I got refusal, so I applied online for TRV from India, so if my application will approve where to send passport??? and any another suggestion please let me know. Thanks.

you will receive a passport request letter in your myCIC account along with instructions on how to send your passport to the consulate for stamping...(either through VAC or directly to the consulate)

Thanks and I applied her file as a spousal sponsored ship in Canada when she was here in Canada , I recieved acknowledgement latter from CiC for my file but she is India now , so can I apply for her open work permit??
