Hello,

My husband, who is British, is currently living with me in Canada but here on a student visa. He's applied as an outland applicant, but I'm not sure where to send off the package. There are two options, and I assumed it was he second as he's living in Canada although he's an outland applicant. Am I correct?

Spouses, common-law or conjugal partner and dependent children:
CPC Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, ON
L5A 4N6

Spouse and Common-law Partner (currently living in Canada):
CPC-Mississauga
P.O. Box 5040, Station B
Mississauga, ON
L5A 3A4

The second option is for inland applicants. If you are applying outland, send it to the first.

I don't understand why people go looking for different addresses when the correct address is clearly stated right in the guide.

I got sent to this website
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp

which had me click to a mailing site with multiple choices, thus the confusion.

Thank you for clarifying the address issue. The package was sent off and now we wait.
