Where to get ECA done from?

Hi All,

I have completed my bachelors and masters from the below universities
Bachelors Degree - BSc IT from Sikkim Manipal University in 2005-2009 (3.5 yrs, had one subject back-log), Distance Education.
Master's Degree - MBA HR from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth in 2009-2011 (Full Time)

- What are the chances of getting a positive ECA report
- I should apply for ECA through WES/IQAS / ICAS?
- How much time will it take to get the evaluation report?

You need to find out if WES and other ECA authorities consider SM Distance education as a valid degree.
Please check it on their official website. I doubt if WES will consider it but perhaps other ECA authorities might.

Coming to the choice of ECA auth, your first preference should be WES as their processing time is least among all, of course considering they validate your distance degree. Otherwise you don't have any say on it. Whichever ECA auth considers your distance education, go with that one. It will take few months longer but at-least you will get ECA.
