where to check outland

hi im living in canada with my husband but want to file outland while im here im bit of out of status so im tyring to file outland just it case they ask me to leave )
however i dont exactly see where to state this on the application

if you are living with your husband inside Canada and out of status....you have 2 options.

1. apply for inland spousal sponsorship and don't include OWP application.....your inland spousal sponsorship will be processed regardless of your out-of-status......but will be thoroughly scrutinized.......OWP included in inland sponsorship will not be approved if applicant has not status......applicant must continue to live inside Canada with husband but can't work until PR is approved and if refused appeal not allowed.

2. apply for outland spousal sponsorship......the application may be processed abroad and if the applicant is required to attend an interview....applicant may attend interview abroad......PR visa may be approved and issued abroad.

Submit the forms and supporting documents as required in the checklist.

however on the form for sponsor where should we need check

question 6 . the principle applicant is you spouse living outside or inside

we do want to file outland but I'm here so I don't know which one I choose

2. I am currently living in Canada, and I am applying under the Family Class (not under the Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada Class). I understand that I may be convoked to attend an interview at a visa office outside Canada.

if the applicant stay in Canada is temporary of a short stay and plan to go back to home country.....you may answer outside Canada

but still I'm confused what to choose on the imm 1344 ( application to sponsor , sponsorship agreement and undertaking )

what are you confused about......your spouse is living with you inside Canada.

if the applicant stay in Canada is temporary or a short stay and plan to go back to home country while the sponsorship application is been processed.......you may answer living outside Canada.......Class of Application ......Outland......choose option 1.

however, if your currently out-of-status wife plans to live inside Canada while the sponsorship application is been processed and travel abroad only when convoked to attend an interview at a visa office outside Canada........you may answer living inside Canada.......note: applicant is currently out-of-status........Class of Application ......Outland......choose option 2.

2. I am currently living in Canada, and I am applying under the Family Class (not under the Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada Class). I understand that I may be convoked to attend an interview at a visa office outside Canada.

you have to choose an option.....and its up to you what option.....good luck
