Asking this question on behalf of my friend,
My friend A, was provincial nominee of Alberta, He spent two years over there and during last year moved to Toronto as per job requirement.
Now is time to apply for Citizenship. He still has a valid mailing address in Alberta and has not changed with CIC.
In Citizen application form, there is two options 1. Permanent address and 2. mailing address.
Now in which office he should apply.
In ALBERTA CIC offices,
In Ontario Offices
Or in ALBERTA offices and provide mailing address for Toronto.
