I got a mail from Delhi Immigration asking to send proof of Right of Permanent Resident Fee .
But there is no information about how to send and where to send.
Can i scan the proof and email it to some address or should i send the physical copy to the office by couriour.

I would just email a scanned copy to the VO or the case specific enquiry.

reply to the email sent and attach the scan copy of the receipt. you can also do a case specific inquiry as a back up.
