Hello Everyone,

I have applied inland spouse application on August, 2015 and today July 5, 2016 I got the sponsorship approval. When I have applied I have not paid the right of the permanent resident fee. Today when I got the letter of approval for the sponsor, there something written at the end of the letter. Below I am giving those-

"Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF)

The Right of Permanent Residence Fee is applicable to your application. If you have chosen to defer payment of that fee, you will be contacted to make the payment at a later date. Your family member(s) cannot become a permanent resident of Canada until this payment is made.
It is strongly recommended that you pay this fee as soon as possible. By doing so, the processing time of your application may be reduced.
"

Now can anyone tell me-
1. When I should pay the fee of $490?
2. What is the procedure to pay this fee?
3. Which address I should send the fee receipt?

Pay the fee online. You will recieve an email with an attachment which will be a copy of the receipt. Attach that copy to a CSE and send it to the VO. I would also print it and physically send it to the VO as well, just to be sure.
