where is the file No.

hi,

the letter i received from sydney has a bar code sticker at the top right
before the sticker there is FILE NO. printed on the letter then the sticker , it starts with the letter B then 013 then eight Nos. XXXX XXXX then one No. X

so it look like this:

013 B XXXX XXXX X

What File No. should I quote exactly?

B followed by 9 digits.

e.g B123456789

this is the number you use to log in.

As for quoting, i presume you mean when you send your application to visa office. In that case, send in a photocopy of the letter that Sydney sent you. I think it is one of the requirement as well.
