Where do they send COPR?

I have purple questions, it will be great if some can answer them for me.

1. For all the people got passport request, is it by email or physical mail? If its actual mail, who do they send it too? I'm currently live in Vegas waiting for the process to be over while my bf is in Montreal.

2. I guess it's the same, where will they send the COPR to? My bf or me?

the passport request is by email

and the copr will be sent to the address you provide for mailing. they usually ask you to confirm the address when they send out the ppr
