where do i mail the copy RPRF?

i am a january applicant. i paid RPRF on line 3 months ago and send the copy to CPC by registered mail , also to CPCM-EXTCOM <cpcm-extcom@cic.gc.ca> by email. later a lady from embassy in baijing called me and said a PermanentResident Visa cannot be issued to me until this payment is submitted...and asked me to submitted the proof of payment again!! so i am looking for help what should i be doing now?did i send the RPRF worong place? my passport has been held by visa office over 3 months , and i can not go anywhere without it ........

Forward the email you sent to cpc to the visa office ?

i sent the RPRF form to CPC M office by registered mail and CPCM-EXTCOM @ cic.gc.ca too , this email addrass was told by officer in beijing.
i am dying for this , its almost been a year to meet my wife in canada?
