Recently I saw there is online link function. I created an account and tried a few times link to the application for couple of days and always got non match error. I am pretty sure the info I put on is 100% correct. Any one has the same problem before and how you guys fix it? Thanks
The app should be linked to principal applicant's (one of your parents) MyCIC account. Use all his/her info. The catch is to insert right number of family size. Use the number you used as total family size in the original application.

My parents are currently residing with me here in Toronto on Super Visa. They received their RPRF on July 28th. I have a few questions:

1. Can we get the medical done here in Toronto?
2. How are the medical results sent to immigration office? Do we get a hard copy to mail that in?
3. When we get the immigration visa, can we exit to US and re-enter Canada or do we need to travel back to home country?
4. They have lived more than 6 months in Canada. Do we need a PCC from here?

Appreciate the help.

How can we find out whether CIC received parents medical report from the panel physician? Is there any way to find out online?
@isha94,

Your ecas shall show a line, "Medical results have been received".It is indicative of the fact that the designated MO at VO has examined the report sent by the doctor who had conducted medical examination on the applicant and approved it for issue of visa.

The above observation is based on CAPS NOTES/GCMS PROCURED by the applicant/his or her authorized representative.

Hope,it may help you.

Good luck.God bless all !!!!

mspjal has already answered most of your questions. I want to point out few things for Q3 and Q4.

3. There are 3 choices for you:
a) Your parents can go to US (flagpole or visa) and re-enter for landing, If they have US Visa, it's super convenient.
b) You can book an appointment with local CIC office (inside Canada) by calling for landing purpose. It may take from few weeks to months to book a spot.
c) You may choose to go back to home country and re-enter Canada for landing. It's obviously most expensive of all.

4. Your LVO will determine if your parents need a PCC from Canada. It's not always true for parents to get one if they lived here for more than 6 months.

I found it. What I put it's right. It's so weird that no matches
In my case, it was 3 (me, my wife and my mom) at time of application submission in Jan, 2015. Later, we had an addition of our child for which we notified CPC-M.

When I used 3 as family size in my mom's MyCIC account to link her PR app, it worked.

Hello polly1. I'm in the same situation. Someone on the forum suggested me to create an account (which I did) and try to link my parent's application. I'm absolutely positive I put all the correct information in there, but keep getting the error. I actually tried last night until I used up all 5 attempts allowed within 24 hours, with no success. Not sure what the issue is.

Anyone with the application forwarded at LVO Bucharest for further processing? Any movement on that front? (have you received request for medicals & police certificate?).

I have received sponsorship approval for my parents on April 14th. I noticed the E-case status changed to "In process" few weeks ago, and then the mention: "We started processing your application on July 11th." However, nothing since. We monitored e-mail addresses & mailing address regularly, but nothing so far.

Other forum members, (with better luck), how long it took from the date your LVO started processing the application until you received the e-mail for medicals & police certificate?

Many thanks,

My parents are living in India right now. Their visa office is Ottawa.

My questions is, when they get passport request, how they will be able to send passport to Ottawa?

Many of forum members might be aware that, it is illegal to send Indian passports out of India through courier or postal service.
