Where are these people from?

Out of total 110 file transfers for 2014-15-16 applications, 57 (more than half) have gone to Ottawa.

Parents #2 sponsorship in progress on Mar 18 according to the Gcms notes.
I called CIC today and was told parents #1 file transfer to Ottawa on apr 8 2016

I called today and the CIC agent REFUSED to check my file because I can check online - I argued with the guy for 15 min and just gave up. How did you get passed this?

Status of our application is "Application Received" , I just checked min ago.. And we got medical and police report requests..

Yes I am stuck too. My application was received Jan 16 2014. There seems to be no progress whatsoever

Hi,
I am a Jan 2014 Applicant. The visa office is New Delhi. My parents received the Medical, PCC and additional documents request and we have submitted everything on May 27th 2016.

My parents are planning to visit Canada in August. I am wondering if they come here and they get the passport request from the Delhi office, is there a possibility to get the passport stamping done in Canada itself and we can go across to the US border (They have US visas) and get the PR stamped OR will they have to rush back to India once the Delhi office requests for their passports?

Comments or thoughts please asap as we want to make travel plans accordingly. Thanks in advance.

Don't give up! Call another time! First time I called , the agent told me they haven't started processing 2014 application yet??!! So ridiculous
I called a second time and say I have the Gcms notes showing sponsorship passed, but no email or letter received, I want to confirm it and also find out which visa office it's transferred to. The guy was very nice and checked it for me

I just received my GCMS notes. I never saw this things and hopefully I am understanding correctly that my sponsorship approved and sent to Ottawa? I will read more and provide me detail after I understand better.

Primary Office: CPC Mississauga
Secondary office: CPC-Ottawa.

Notes 1:
Sponsor Eligibility Decision: Passed. FC4 sponsorship category: Parent MNI test 1 Met. Total income...Appears met: Yes.
R.11 based on:temporary processing office - CPC-O application locked in on 2014/01/03.

What I would do is to send the passport from Canada to wherever visa office requested the PPR. You can have it resend to the home address in Delhi and let one of your relative send to Canada.

I will be on the same boat as my mom is visiting here and she already finished Meds and just waiting now for the PPR.

Completely confused! Is there are 2 applications? I am checking only 1 for Sponsorship...

Are you log in with your information or your parents information? If you log on as sponsor then you will see three column or table. Mine looks like this:

Sponsored Person Sponsorship Application Status Permanent Residence Application Status
Principal applicant (my mom's name) In Process Application Received

You can click on "In Process" or "Application Received" for more detail on the site.

Also don't worry about online status. they no longer update those status properly or timely manner. All you have to do medical and PCC and then send passport and you are done.

Mum just got medical request, and just replied telling them that it had already been done in November last year for her supervisa.... will let you guys know if they accept that and what happens next... I'm just pleased we've heard something! File was transferred there on Feb 20, 2016, for all of your timelines....

Thank you for the update. If I am reading my GCMS note correctly, my file transferred to Ottawa on April 15th, 2016. So hopefully in 2-3 months I might get request for PCC and medical.
