Hey, it really helped me to verify the package. But I have few question.

1. Isn't it that fees receipt is to be put at the first?
2. It ask to submit one of the following to prove canadian citizenship, so my sponsor is putting Birth certificate. Does she need to put passport copy as well?
3. What is this matriculation certificate for and for whom and where it is written?
4. You said and it is written in the extended guide, page number 17, point 4 as well to place barcode pages on the top of the application. So we have barcodes 2 forms, 1: undertaking and 2: Generic form for PA. How did you do that?
5. Now confusion: In extended guide, page 9, last line of Get your checklist says : PLACE IT AT THR TOP AS THE COVER OF YOUR APPLICATION. Now what to put at the top: barcodes, checklist or fees receipt?

Hey,

I added my wife as a dependent in my mediclaim policy at my employment place. Now I have a document on which it states:

1. My company name
2. I am an employee
3. My wife's name and relation to me (wife)

But it does not have amount written on it, it just says that these 2 persons are insured.

Also, today I took HDFC term policy and I have a proposal letter (NOT THE ACTUAL POLICY), it has details in it that my mother and wife are the nominees but it does not have any official sign or stamp on it, though I paid 3 months premium. The agent said that I can use this proposal letter for tax benefits.

Also, for financial support, I wrote a letter telling them that we are educated and never actually came in such situations to ask money.

What do you think?

imm0008 ( make sure you attached the 2 photos put in small envelop and paperclip to top of this form in which one photo should bear your name and date of birth and photo studio address,name and their name)
just exactly mentioned in document checklist. you can also put your receipt after barcodes. it will not hurt your application. but two law firms suggest us after imm1344 exactly written in documents checklist so we follow them.

I put bank nominations letter as a extra documents under qus 11 of imm5532 too but as you know it should not be three months old and should bear bank s logo or stamp or either on bank s letterhead hould bear ur sponsor s name as nominee.banks will do it easily.just visit hdfc .they will do it for you.

our law firms suggest us because it safe way to do it.they said they are providing to CIC in same way from years.

don't do it just behind the pic as one pic they will use for PR card making.read the guide carefully. there is a one thread on Canada visa.com that only one photo should bear the info.other should be blank means blank.

Ok. But it is said on the website that THE BACK OF ONE PHOTO MUST INCLUDE "not" THE BACK OF JUST ONE PHOTO MUST INCLUDE. But that's ok, I'll switch one pic with a new one.

you can put whatever you think is supporting ur relationship under qus 11 of imm5532 but make sure they are not like wedding cards ,calling card,gifts pictures.means whatever you are going to provide you should a proof to that like if we share many things like bank nominations, gifts receipts etc.our lawyer suggest us to share our phone company s username and password with cic. we did .as soon as we are genuine it will support the relationship.as my husband is using this phone deal from 7 yrs when we engaged.if they want to login thy can as we authorizing them to do so as law firms strictly said no to calling cards.
