Awesome!

I have 10 letters from family and relatives. I don't have any insurance policy, we never sent money to each other.
if u have car put your name and the sponsor name on it.if u don't send money to each other open a bank account with both of your names

Is it necessary? When I have to provide 1 document from that list then just letters from the family won't work?

you can put the letters too but we did not provide as lawyer suggest us social media proofs are easy to get.and as our parents spks a native language Punjabi so we need to translate the document then notrized .so we prefer to put social media proofs.

no it says that provide 1 document from three sets of options.this means that from 6 points u need to provide almost 1 document from each point

but as you are in India u won't be able to open the bank account without the physical Presence of sponsor as Indian banks beleive in the policy of know the customer. if itz already opened when sponsor was with you in India then you are fine.we did the same mistake as we didn't open whn my husband was here.I tried every bank everybody said the same thing.

How is it possible dude to provide document for all 6 points. How can share same address for any govt. or official work as we both are in different countries!
How can we have joiny utility bills when we both are from different countries.

There is a mistake.

You are absolutely right. My wife is a citizen of Canada, why would she open a bank account in India on the first place.

our lawyers suggest provide 3 so we provide insurance policy, financial support docs and social media proofs.

Which lawyer?

Also, don't you think that CIC would write EACH as word if they needed document for all of the options? I just searched for word EACH in the checklist and found it 10 times.

we were also confused on this part so my husband consult two law firms in Canada.their opinion was as now only one package for everybody no inland or outland category.moreover in above four options itz very rare who can able to complete.so the word itself complete one from following three options.they said first 3 options are basically made for people who are living within Canada and last 3 options are for outland applicants as no one from outland applicants can complete first 3 options.it is basically to ease the process.they even suggest if we provide 1 of last three it's also fine but the safest bet is provide last 3 options.hope this clear everything. every case is different.every country has different rules.

So, providing 1 document (letters from relatives and family) will work like you been told by the lawyers.

you just need to provide 3 documents - each from 6 different options available.

it cannot be like - one property ownership document, one rental agreement (as they are both covered under same set).

but try and provide as many evidence as possible from the list, they need a minimum of three - one from each set.
