When to go for medical ?

Kindly suggest me when we can go for medicals ? Is it only after getting ITA or before that we have option to get medicals done ?

And how long medicals are valid ?

You can get it done whenever you want. It's valid for one year so there's no point in doing it too early. Most people do it after ITA.

Some medical centres ask you to get a print out of the ITA letter. So, its better to wait till you receive the ITA.
