When they will start Processing??

Guys,

we have already passed 14 month , now how many more?? when they will start processing our application, and if they keep delaying this for more 5 month, what we are going to do? should we keep waiting or should we do something ! !

because we(old cec) people are the only one who is facing this delay , and ruined our life, with uncertainty. who will let them know that we are WAITING from 1+ years, or else they wont look at our applications at all ! !
they are happy and busy with EE people, WHAT ABOUT US? at least process it and let us know, so that we can find our way ! ! its like stuck somewhere, you don't know about your future, its just obscured :-\

I called, they said, we are still processing background check, just like EE guys, even we will contribute to Canadian economy, and I don't understand then why they make such a difference between us?

5% from May,
10% from June,
10% from July,
90 % from Aug, and rest Sep and Oct, even Oct is not complete its till 20th. even for this you need ages??

you are giving 3-7 MR to EE in a day, Can't you give 1 MR withing a week to Old CEC? Why? I am seriously stress down, week after week has passed and we are expecting that this week some people will get MR, week passes, on Friday somebody comments, Nothing this week, hope next week will have some miracle, nothing for next week, week after week, we have spent, till today, nothing , we are still living on hopes that something will happened, but how much you are going to drag us?


14 month from date of receive, now they changed their said things, and started that 14 months from date of AOR, now after couple of months they might feel Ohh lets make it 15, after a while , no lets make it 16, hope they will not keep us dragging till live in caregivers processing time.

Why only us? why not FSW, why not EE, FSW they took 9-13 months,

The way I see it, it's unpredictable on when these cic idiots will continue processing Aug/Sept/Oct 2014 applicants. There is no solid ground to predict that anything will be processed in the next week, next month or so. It could be next month when ppl start to get MR again but likely not. Cic themselves probably don't know when they will process our applications and they probably got more applications than what they are capably resourced to process (one bites more than what one can chew), so looked like they didn't get to our files at all, which explains why ours are sitting for more than 14 months without being processed.

My latest GCMS notes have only criminality in process, and everything else not started. Talked to one of my friend today and his application in 2013 tooked only 10 months, AOR was less than 1 months instead of ours of 4 months++.

I think I had unknowly applied to the wrong PR stream and I have give up my hope of this stream of PR application. What I will do is file my PNP application in a few weeks and forget about that I applied to CEC. Who knows, I might get PR sooner by PNP than this CEC, or who knows PNP in 2016 might get delayed the same way as these CEC does. As for CIC you can't predict what idiot's actions will be, just like in video games, sports and at work.

Yes, we did... they says call back after mid December. MP says "They are working on EE applications, that's the reason for delay but they don't when our files will be processed and call back us after 60 days"
