Is it okay to book my flight on may 26, 2015 If my classes will start on august 26,2015? upon checkcing cic, if applicant already have his visa he can book his flight and go to cAnada now?

IF you have also been issued a TRV check the validity date, if it is already valid you can fly as soon as you want. If you didn't need a TRV then surely you can fly as soon as you want.
