When is SINP International Skilled Worker re-opening?

Does anyone know when will SINP International Skilled Worker be re-opened?
What's the general trend as far as re-opening dates goes? I would think that since IRCC has recently announced the new immigration quotas for the year this program and others should be reopening soon?

Thank you! As far a processing times for SINP Nomination, is it considerably faster than OINP or still slow?

Oh, much faster. I think average time these days is 5-8 months for nomination with SINP.
