When is good to apply for visa ?

Hello

I will be applying for jan,2015 session. Hopefully I will have everything ready by October 1. When is good to apply for study permit at CHC ?
Can I apply for education loan without offer letter ? How much time banks usually take to approve the loan ?

it is better to submit October first week itself, you cannot apply for education loan without an unconditional offer letter, try other types of loan(property loan, agriculture loan etc.) if u wish to apply without an unconditional offer letter. The processing time for loan approval may vary with different banks(usually 2 weeks to 4 weeks).

I will apply under general so i need loan just for financial prof. So i think loan should be taken as Education ? Isn't it ?

according to the new rule in spp category education loan is not mandatory, i dont know anything about general category. plz discuss with anyone who have some knowledge about this.
