i dont know about the situation in Bangladesh, in India application received after July 31 for sep intake will get rejected without further processing.

according to the new rule in spp category education loan is not mandatory, i dont know anything about general category. plz discuss with anyone who have some knowledge about this.

it is better to submit October first week itself, you cannot apply for education loan without an unconditional offer letter, try other types of loan(property loan, agriculture loan etc.) if u wish to apply without an unconditional offer letter.
