20 minutes --> if you have all your data at hand ie passport details,work details & dates and language results

That would be a very, very good time. I'd say, at least an hour, 2-3 hours is more likely.

That would be a very, very good time. I'd say, at least an hour, 2-3 hours is more likely.

My previous profile became ineligible so I jus re made it..It took me 20 minutes since i was timing to get in before the 1:50 UTC last saturday hoping there was a draw .

when you are making it for the first time, then you will have to give some time to it

Are you quite sure of your numbers ? Perhaps you could tell us your stats just incase you are missing something. NOC, IELTS, Education etc.

with NOC 7321 i think you need CLB 7 . i doubt if you meet minimum language criteria

I think you will be eligible under CEC. So you need to have minimum CLB 5. You need to have 5 in each module.
