Politician talk strikes again. "Most of those invited don't have lmia" (but they have PNP)

Yup that's what I'm seeing right here. They are politicians after all.

@calxandr What about Express Entry forcing post-grad work permit holders to obtain LMIAs for a chance for selection? http://bit.ly/1LJYTtq

Chris Alexander ‏@calxandr Mar 16
@ChantelleMcdon Under #ExpressEntry, applicants w/ graduate degrees don't need LMIA if they have worked one year in an in-demand occupation.

@calxandr that qualifies them for CEC/FSW, but does not get them out of the Express Entry pool #cdnimm

@ChantelleMcdon Yes, it does, in fact! Follow our #ExpressEntry updates and you will see the reality.

20 minutes --> if you have all your data at hand ie passport details, work details & dates and language results

That would be a very, very good time. I'd say, at least an hour, 2-3 hours is more likely.

Not sure if anyone posted already, but Chris Alexander tweeted this:

@ harmanmeetgarg There will be rounds of invitations to apply every week or two, throughout the year. Most of those invited have no LMIA.

(Can I embed twits here? HTML code)

It reads like it's coming from a parallel universe.

with NOC 7321 i think you need CLB 7 . i doubt if you meet minimum language criteria

I think you will be eligible under CEC. So you need to have minimum CLB 5. You need to have 5 in each module.
