When does CIC return incomplete applications - ????

Does anyone know how long does CIC take to return incomplete applications or applications that do not meet specifications?

Say for example, incorrect photos, inadequate documentation, incorrect fill up of the application form etc etc....

Does it take 3 months for them to return thats when usually applicants are seeing in process state....

Please help

it is 30-40 days of receiving the application at CIC

Contact CIC ask them what date applications they are working on as of today. Count number of days from today to the date CIC provide. Add 10 days for mailing from Sidney and this will give you an idea of what the magic number is.

~60 days of receiving the application at CIC

50-60 days is a good estimation; to be exact, it took 51 days for me back in 2012.
