Whats Registry seal on Pakistani Nikah Namma

I want to know whats registry seal on Pakistani Nikah Nama? I have my nikah namma but I don't see any seal on it :/

On the back page of nikkah nama, there should be a stamp and signature from Union Council, which means the nikkah nama is registered.
