So basically my wife apply for sponsorship from south east asia few months ago , outside canada class. While we were waiting we succed to get trv for her 2 month ago. Now she is in canada on trv that should expired in febuary . Singapoor office ask her where was her residence now , she say on trv at my husband house in canada. And they answer her that they will transfer her file to canada office for virtual landing. Im confuse since she may have to go back to her country at the end of trv ( if we dont succed to extend ) and last time i check the status of her demand was still ; waiting for final decision.

The virtual landing means she will be able to become a PR in Canada, without leaving. At that point, the TRV is irrelevant.
If she does not get the virtual landing before February, she should just apply to extend her stay. They routinely extend them for those with spousal sponsorship apps in progress.
My guess is that they think it will be finalized relatively soon (which could be weeks or months, don't ask me how many). So a decent chance it will be done before February.
To be certain - by the way - I would submit a webform with change of address for her.
Also my confusion comme from the fact that we didn't received any email or letter saying that pr application was accept . When we look at immigration tracker its told us that a final decision was made last week , but we didnt receive communication on that.

You are in line for virtual landing. You were required to update your address so it seems as though you got lucky and someone noticed that your spouse had received a TRV and assumed they may be in Canada. Virtual landing are only supposed to happen if in Canada and many people don’t update their address so IRCC tends to confirm that people are still in Canada before sending the virtual landing.
When did you submit your sponsorship application? Have you done your medical, sponsor approval and security and criminality background checks? Do you have confirmation that a decision has been made about your file? Virtual landing will only happen once your application has been processed and been approved. You should get an email verifying that you remain in Canada before you are sent the virtual landing email.
