I think now there are volume of applicant below 818 so may be it will not decrease as before but still can hope.

I don't think so. People scoring between 600-800 are mostly with pnp/lmio. And i don't think there are that many candidates with pnp/lmio. Once the score drops down below 500, then we can except that the score won't drop that much. Eventually the score should drop at least till 350-400 by end of this year to complete their target intake of 2015

My guess would be ~510.
 
650 would be a terrible score, also meaning that the candidate is "mediocre", for a lack of a better word.
Only 50 points from personal scoreboard.
The person would have to have a job offer, be 39 years old and score no more points for that to happen.

So much for high skilled candidates.

He or she would also have to score at least CLB 5 in English, but that's it.
 
I believe it will drop down to below 600.. My estimate is 535

Or it will be just above 600 .. around 750
