you may be right. but do they have people like me in mind? My funds are ready but it is hard to plan with this high level of uncertainty. Sometimes, I wish I could collect my ECA and IELTS monies back and forget about Canada but perhaps it is too late now. I wouldn't advice anyone who is not already working or studying in Canada to start the immigration process at all. It just does't make sense.

With every draw, the cut off point will come down. The cut off point for fourth draw is 735 out of which 600 is for PNP/LMIA which means the candidates actual score was 135. By analyzing the ongoing trend, the points should come down as low as 350.
