I am going to sponsor my husband who is from Brazil. He is currently living with me in Canada (well he is on a tourist visa, and we will be requesting to extend that). Since we are doing the outland application, can we put his address as the same as mine here in Canada since technically he is staying with me?
Also, what is a co-signer? If I have a full time job and am able to support him, do we really need one? Not sure if it is beneficial or not to have one.

Thank you.

There is no co-signer for spousal application - only for parents etc. So just leave that blank.

And yes - you can put your address in Canada for your husband. It will show that you are living together, which makes it easier to determine if the relationship is genuine.

Good luck,
