What to mark for these two questions? [Visa was denied by Spain]

Has Rohan Sekhri ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?

Has Rohan Sekhri you been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?

I know that I have to send a letter of explanation if I mark yes to any or all the questions above and the rejection letter is in Spanish. Do i need to get it translated by a canada certified translator as well?

I was denied a tourist visa by Spain due to less funds shown in my bank account. Please advise.

No. If they will need it, they will ask later.

Just mention what kind of visa you were denied, reason, and when you were denied. It should be enough. I've been denied visitor visa from couple of countries and have applied at cic numerous times, never had any trouble.
