What to do to Non Accompanying Dependent Children?

You sponsor your husband under Family Class and he declares your child as his dependent child.

Our application got cancelled on the basis on incompleteness. My husband has a 18 year old son from previous marriage. The ex wife n my husband not on good terms and she has the full custody of son. We requested her for the medicals & PCC but she refused. What are our options now?? Really stressed from past few days.

i have the same case. i declared my dependent but she is non accompanying.

can i ask question to you? did you submit IMM 5604 DECLARATION FROM NON-ACCOMPANYING PARENT/GUARDIAN FOR MINORS IMMIGRATION TO CANADA?? or i will submit this form when my dependent is ready to immigrate to canada?

please help.

IMM5406 is not required for non-accompanying dependents.
