Hi,
I got my CSQ in 2018 and my visa in 2019 but due to family reasons I didn’t do the landing and my visa date has expired. If I want to travel now what should I do?

So if you want to come as a visitor the apply for TRV. If you want to immigrate then look at Express Entry and Quebec immigration (which may be closed).
