What to do if personal history does not fit in space provided?

In the Schedule A Background declaration question 8 about personal history, there are 5 rows to put info in and I would need 12.
The guide says 'If you need more space for any section, print out an additional page containing the appropriate section, complete it and submit it along with your application'
Do I understand it right that I need to fill out only two additional copies of the second page of the form containing the question 8 without putting in any other info? Do I than put these pages in the middle of the form before page 3, or do they go at the end? Should I mention somwhere on the form that the rest is on additional pages? ??? Would appreciate any help with this

I didn't put extra copies of the page. I printed a separate page from a word document with applicant information, and the question, then my typed answer.

i did thesame..i typed the form number,page number,question and ofcourse the answer.

Thanks both of you! That makes more sense than printing extra pages of the form. Was just wondering how strictly I have to follow the guide on this one Guess I will do the same.

If there is not enough space to provide all the necessary information, attach to this form a separate sheet of paper with further details. Print your name at the top of each additional sheet and indicate the form's title and the number of the question you are answering.
