What Should I do for change address?

HI, I am in Qatar, I applied for spousal sponsorship visa on September 2016, Now in CIC website my Permanent Resident Status in DECISION MADE , and sponsorship status is still IN PROCESS .

So , I applied visa is from Qatar, I am working here, My Qatar Visa will expire on 13th of March 2017. So I have to back home to Sri Lanka,

So please any one help me
what should I do?
What is my next step?
How can I inform CIC?
If I inform CIC will I get my VISA in Sri Lanka?
Does is takes more time process again?

Please help me with your experiences.
