Urgent Help about Family visa collection

I am living in UK, My dad and mom in Sri Lanka. Thay have received message from high commission that collect the visa which my brother sponsored. How long I can take to collect visa after they contact us to collect the visa. Because now I am unable to visit Sri Lanka. It will take me 20 days to get ready..
Anyone please help me on this...

The letter or email telling them the visa was ready should say how long you have to pick it up. If they just got a message on the phone, try contacting the high commission with a case-specific inquiry asking how long you have.
