Depends on the ECA report,
if any ECA agencies assess your Master's as Canadian equivalent master's then you can select the " Master’s degree, or Professional degree needed to practice in a licensed profession" from the drop down list

If ECA report is evaluating your Masters as a one year / two year PG Diploma, in this case you shall select "Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees. One must for a program of three or more Years"

All MBA's / Master's from all countries are not Canadian equivalent. Even if a candidate go for an assessment from different ECA agencies which provide them with master's equivalent, the final eligibility judgement is done by IRCC when the application is submitted after ITA.
