I'm secretly a huge grammar nerd. The Internet is a different story.

Mistakes on the finer points of grammar doesn't bother me. I don't even get weirded out when people use commas and conjunctions wrong - especially commas in use with conjunctions.

I do get annoyed when people try to tell me my grammar is wrong though.

Like the lady that told me I spelled "Moot point" incorrectly. (She wanted it spelled 'mute point.') I had to show her the dictionary.

To help me remember that it's Moot, not Mute.. I think of that episode of FRIENDS where Joey said "It's a Moo Point" *falls over laughing all over again*

It was difficult for my husband. The thing that I'd advise, is to find the employment agency near you and go there. They usually have A LOT of experience with immigrants, resumes and jobs in general. My husband had three interviews, all rejected until he FINALLY landed the job he has now. He's at work right now, working midnights :(

Mine just got home. It sucks to have such nice spring weather and not have him at home to enjoy it.
